Mary Brown’s Chicken Ajax: It was 1969 when a man walked on the moon, and in St. John’s, Newfoundland, we welcomed our first guest. Word took little time to spread, and stores began opening across the province, and in no time, it had become everyone’s favorite chicken.
By 1972, Mary Brown’s had opened two stores in Ontario in Oshawa and Mississauga, and our mouth-watering chicken had become a household name. Our brand expanded to Alberta, the Maritime provinces, the Prairies, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories in the following years.
Our stores use whole, fresh, local Canada Grade A chicken. To ensure its incredible taste, it is hand-cut and seasoned by hand. Using natural, whole potatoes grown by Canadian farmers, we cut and prepare our Taters by hand, too. In-store, MB’s Coleslaw is made of organic cabbage and carrots.
Our signature chicken comes in 2 to 30-piece fresh chicken meal, hand cut and breaded in our Signature recipe. This meal comes with small Taters, mini salads, and a pop can. You can choose Original, Spicy or a split of both. They range between $12.79 to $95.99 and serve 1 to 15 persons.We also offer a number of combos like Nashville Marry, Big Marry Original, Spicy Big Marry, Buffalo Mary, Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Ranch Chicken Wrap, Chicken Pop-Ins, Chicken Tenders, Drumsticks and Kids Meals.
We also have snacks, sides and desserts options on our menu. Aside from the Sandwich Original, we provide Crispy Chicken Twist Buffalo, Pickle Chips, and Sidekick Sandwich Sweet Heat as snacks.Our sides include Biscuits, Taters, Fries, Poutine, Coleslaw, Macaroni Cheese Salad, and Gravy.We have Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie and Cadbury Caramilk Cup in desserts. Almost 200 Mary Brown’s restaurants are currently open across Canada, and the number is increasing as more and more locals fall in love with Mary Brown’s.
