Halal Keema Cake Recipe Ingredients

  • 500g Minced Halal Meat
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1⁄4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1⁄4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Small Tomato (chopped)
  • 1⁄3 Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 5 Eggs

Steps:

  1. Oil should be put into a pan and heated.
  2. Put the minced meat inside the pan with the salt and all of the masalas (garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds), and cook over low to medium heat.
  3. Add the turmeric and simmer it until it is fully dry over low to medium heat.
  4. Add the garam masala when completely dry.
  5. Combine the mixture with the chopped onion, tomato (without seeds or skin), and green pepper (cut into tiny cubes).
  6. Add coriander and mix
  7. Pouring whisked eggs over the mixture and mixing them in thoroughly will guarantee that the egg is distributed evenly.
  8. Pour the mixture into a glass jar after covering it with oil.
  9. Enjoy after 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C or until the mixture has set.
