Mr. Talal Hammoud is renouned in his circle of family and friends for his exquisite Mediterranean cuisine. He used to bring his falafel wok and all the garnishes to family barbeques and used to spend the day feeding us delicious and authentic home made goodness. After becoming very popular in his community, Talal took the opportunity to share his culinary talent with the fine people of Newmarket and visiting neighbours.
