  • Pack of ½ lb. Noodles 
  • Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
  • Chop ginger and garlic 2 tablespoons. 
  • Thin slices of 1 medium size onion
  • Thin slices of mushrooms 1 cup  
  • Carrots Julienne cut ½ cup. 
  • Chop beans 3 tablespoons.
  • Cabbage sliced 1 cup. 
  • Thin slices of green bell pepper ¼ cup 
  • Thin slices of red bell pepper ¼ cup 
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • Chopped spring onions. 

Ingredients For Boiling Hakka Noodles

  • 10 cups of water 
  • 3 tablespoons of Oil 
  • 1 tablespoon salt 

Instructions For Boiling Noodles

  • Take a big pan and add water, oil, and salt. Wait until the water turns into a boiling state.
  • Add noodles and boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Moreover, you can follow the instructions for boiling Noodles from its packaging. The reason is boiling time can be different for different brands.
  • Stop cooking and use cold water quickly to rinse. 
  • Keep them aside, and let’s prepare the vegetables. 

Instructions For Making Noodles Like Traditional The Hakka People

  • Please take a good size wok, bring it on the stove, and turn on the heat. 
  • Stir fry ginger and garlic on high flame, making them light brown. 
  • Add mushrooms and fry until moisture ends and starts to change colour slightly (light brown).
  • Add all chopped veggies and toss all; stir-fry for a maximum of 5 minutes. 
  • Now add salt, pepper, and all sauces. 
  • Toss everything in a very sound manner to distribute the flavour equally. 
  • Add noodles and vinegar and fry for more than 2 minutes. 
  • Use spring onions at the last stage for garnishing. Mix well. 
  • Hakka vegetable noodles are ready.
