Ingredients
- Chickpea powder/Gram flour 2 cups
- White cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
- Coriander powder 1.5 tablespoon
- Chili powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt as per your taste
- Onions 2 medium size chopped
- Potatoes 3 medium size chopped
- Carrots 2 medium size chopped
- Fresh coriander hand full chopped
- Capsicum 1 medium size chopped
- Spinach handful chopped
- Egg 1 medium size
- Water 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Instructions For Preparations Of Vegetable Pakora
- Add gram flour, Salt, chili powder, and all other spices in a large bowl. Mix well
- Now add all chopped vegetables, egg, and water and mix well.
- Make a thick batter
- Take a deep pan, add oil, put on the stove, and turn on the heat.
- Wait until the oil turns hot. Take a tablespoon and spoonful of pakora batter to fry in the warm oil.
- Fry these raw shaped pakoras until they turn brown. It will take almost 10 minutes.
- Put them on a paper sheet for extra sock oil
- Serve with raita and strong tea.
Note: eggs will make your pakoras crispier. To make them soft, add half a teaspoon of baking soda.
