- 1 lb boneless, skinless halal chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions for Making
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
