Ingredients for Halal Caribbean Style Jerk Chicken Recipe
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
