Steps
- Warm water with sugar and yeast added; allow it stand for ten minutes or until bubbles appear. This will not work if the water is not warm.
- Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. To add the oil, create a well-shaped hole in the mixture. Mix ingredients with a spoon to produce a shaggy dough.
- The dough should be soft and smooth after 12 minutes of kneading it on the counter.
- Place the dough in an oil-greased basin. It should be wrapped in plastic wrap and left to sit for a few hours or overnight.
- The dough should be placed on a floured surface and worked for one minute. Cut into 2-4 balls after forming into a ball (2 regular sized pizzas or 4 small pizzas).
- After lightly flouring the dough rounds, form them and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- As high as you can, between 450 and 500 F, preheat the oven. Heat it up with a baking sheet so you can obtain a lovely crust.
- Cook the boneless Tandoori Chicken for 20 minutes in the airfryer, on the grill, or in a pan.
- With your fingers, pierce the dough after removing it. Bubbles should form as it presses in, but it shouldn’t deflate. Grate the cheese.
- With your hands or a rolling pin, press out and spread the dough. Make it thin since it will expand and contract when baking.
- Place the dough onto an upside-down baking sheet that has been floured. Sauce should be spread thinly over the dough.
- Add the cooked chicken and any desired toppings, then top with cheese. With the chicken, onions and peppers are highly advised!
- Slide the pizza onto the baking pan, place it in the oven, and cook for 15 minutes.
When it’s finished, add any desired garnishes and enjoy!
