Halal Keema Cake Recipe Ingredients
- 500g Minced Halal Meat
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1⁄2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1⁄4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1⁄4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Small Onion (chopped)
- 1 Small Tomato (chopped)
- 1⁄3 Green Pepper (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 5 Eggs

Steps:
- Oil should be put into a pan and heated.
- Put the minced meat inside the pan with the salt and all of the masalas (garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds), and cook over low to medium heat.
- Add the turmeric and simmer it until it is fully dry over low to medium heat.
- Add the garam masala when completely dry.
- Combine the mixture with the chopped onion, tomato (without seeds or skin), and green pepper (cut into tiny cubes).
- Add coriander and mix
- Pouring whisked eggs over the mixture and mixing them in thoroughly will guarantee that the egg is distributed evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar after covering it with oil.
- Enjoy after 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C or until the mixture has set.
