  • 500 g halal minced beef or mutton
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 90 g sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • Freshly grated cheese

Steps:

  • When the onion and oil in a big pan are light brown, add the garlic and continue to cook for another minute.
  • Brown the mince in the pan after adding it.
  • Add the combined herbs, salt, and pepper now, and combine thoroughly. Add the mushrooms next.
  • Keep stirring until the mixture dries up since the mushrooms will exude water.
