Bollywood Flames

Bollywood Flames is here to answer your grill cravings. Our newly opened takeout spot at 1901 Harwood Ave N in Ajax serves authentic Indian dishes. We especially stock marinated meats for customers to pick up and grill themselves.
Using Kitchen Guerrilla sauces, we marinate all of our meats and offer options such as:

1. Tandoori Chicken:
A main course or appetizer, Tandoori Chicken, can be eaten with naan (flatbread). In a tandoori masala recipe, raw chicken parts are marinated in yogurt and spices. Cayenne pepper, red pepper, and turmeric are then sprinkled on top. To add to the smoky flavor, it is heated with charcoal or wood.
We also offer Tandoori Beef Ribs and Tandoori Chicken Wings.

2. Chicken seekh kebabs:
Served with raita, vegetable salad, onion and lemon slices, or mint chutney, these spiced and grilled kebabs can be eaten plain or with naan (flatbread).

3. Korean ribs:
These ribs are made with beef short ribs and marinated in a sweet, salty sauce made from soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.
Korean ribs are served with a variety of side dishes. The most popular are kimchi and rice. Our Tamil fire ribs are also very famous.

4. Hariyali chicken:
Hariyali chicken is spiced up with a blend of mint and coriander leaves. To develop enough flavor, the chicken is marinated for a long time. The Hariyali Chicken is served along with lemon wedges and mint raita.

Chefs from Punjab prepare the dishes at Bollywood Flames, which opened in the spring of 2022. There are chaats, wraps, and samosas to choose from. Our popular items are Paneer tikka, garlic naan, and chicken biryani. Served with a generous amount of butter, garlic, and coriander, the naan is over a foot long. A giant Instagrammable mural featuring Bollywood stars and music is among Bollywood Flames’ highlights.
