Taj Bistro: When Chef Ketan Patel was a child, he packed lunch boxes for school days and catered birthday parties for friends. He served people during disaster relief while growing up in community kitchens. It taught him the importance of helping the needy. His love for nutritious, healthy, high-quality traditional food inspired him to become a chef.
After studying culinary arts, he worked and trained in Switzerland, England, and Canada. A tireless worker, he spends countless hours behind the range fine-tuning his art while accepting feedback from guests delighted with his tricks. In 2014, he built Taj Bistro with a vision for uncompromising quality. Providing guests with a never-ending trail of Indian food and exceptional service is our top priority.
