  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder

  • 2 Onion Chopped Medium Size 
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste 
  • 2 Tomato Chopped Medium Size
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Chili Paste 
  • Salt As Per Your Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder 
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds 
  • ½ Cup Cooking Oil For Gravy
  • 1 Teaspoon garam masala
  • Water as per requirements (2cups)

Directions of Fish Marination:

  1. Take a large bowl and add fish and all ingredients of marination.
  2. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes 
  3. Take a non-stick pan, add oil, and shallow fry the fish slices for 5 minutes from both sides. 

Directions of Fish Curry Gravy:

  1. Take the same pan, add oil, turn on the heat, add chopped onion and fry until they turn golden brown 
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, and ginger paste, and cook for 5 minutes 
  3. Add all spices and cook for more than 5 minutes 
  4. Please turn off the heat and set it aside to set at room temperature (10 minutes)
