Galitos story began in Nelspruit, South Africa with the opening of our first restaurant 20 years ago. The big idea was to provide best tasting, fresh and healthy, flame-grilled chicken to our guests. We offered great tasting, fresh, healthy and juicy chicken by marinating it for 24 hours in our secret peri-peri sauces. With a unique combination of great tasting.
Flame-grilled chicken, best-in-class customer service and restaurant ambience, Galitos became a success story in African continent within a few years. Moving forward with more than 100 restaurants in several countries, our passion remains the same – to provide no. 1 flame-grilled chicken to our patrons.
We entered the North American market by opening its first restaurant in Mississauga, Ontario in 2011. Galitos team Canada worked with utmost dedication and zest in introducing the no.1 flame-grilled chicken to its valued Canadian customers. Its range of peri-peri sauces, from Lemon & Herb, to Mild, Hot and Extra Hot flavours, provides a taste for every palate.
