The American-origin sandwich at Philthy Philly’s Ajax is also known as Philadelphia cheesesteak or Philly cheesesteak. This sandwich consists of thin slices of beefsteak layered with melted cheese. It has become popular regional fast food over time. Our menu includes Philly cheesesteak, Philthy poutinerie, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken coop, broad St. burgers, fresh salads, sweet tooth, extras, sides, drinks, sauces, and cheeses.
We have a variety of toppings, cheeses, and sauces available for sandwiches in 6″, 8″, and 12″. In addition, you can turn any sandwich into a salad for an additional $2 if you want to eat Philthy Fresh.
We have Bacon, Chees, Cheese Curds, Onion Crisps, Extra Meat, Signature Gravy, Gluten Free Veggie Gravy, and Cheez Whiz (it’s free by the way) in extras.
